We do not require a minimum order. You can place your order starting from just 1 unit.

What is the delivery time?

Can I see a proof before placing the order?
Absolutely! Once we receive your order, we will send you a digital proof within a maximum of 24 working hours for your approval. We only print once you give final confirmation.

Is shipping free?
Shipping is free for all orders over €. Orders below that amount will have a shipping cost of €.

Are your products washable?
We recommend avoiding contact between printed ribbons and water, as exposure to moisture may damage the design.

Can I return my order?
Yes, as long as the product is not customized, used, or damaged, you can return it. Please note that when the return is received, our inspection department will check that everything is in order and we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
