TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
Access to and use of the website www.etiquetea.com (hereinafter ETIQUETEA or the "Online Shop"), as well as the purchase of its products, are subject to the user's acceptance of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE. Please ensure you have read all the TERMS carefully before using any services offered by the online shop.
Access to ETIQUETEA and the use of the services offered implies full acceptance of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE and our Privacy Policy.
The TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE may be subject to change over time, so we recommend that users review them prior to making a purchase. In the event of any changes, ETIQUETEA will notify users via newsletter or equivalent means.

1. USER REGISTRATION
You do not need to be registered in order to place an order. However, to access some of our services, users must register by completing the registration form, where personal information will be requested and must be accurate and kept up to date. At the end of the registration process, users must accept these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE and our PRIVACY POLICY.
The username and password must be kept secure. Once your user code and password have been obtained, you will be able to access the "My Account" menu section (Login), where you may edit your registration details and view and monitor your order status.
If you detect any unauthorised use of your registration information, please contact ETIQUETEA immediately via email at etiquetea@etiquetea.com.
If you have forgotten your username and/or password, you can request them through the login page, where a "Forgot your password?" link is provided. In this case, the system will send you an email with a new secure password generated at random. Once you have logged in, you can change your password from the "Account Details" section under Password Change.
2. ORDERS
To place an order in our Online Shop, you will need to enter personal information. Specifically, your real name, delivery address, email address, and phone number will be required. You will also need to provide valid and correct payment information.
3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Once you have selected your items and completed the order process, we will send you an email with the details of your order. This email does not signify acceptance of your order; it merely confirms that we have received your request.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the distance sales contract will occur when the goods are dispatched. The sales contract is executed in Spain and the language used is Spanish.
Orders are subject to acceptance by ETIQUETEA, compliance and acceptance of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE by the user, and the availability of the requested product. The company reserves the right to reject any order. All orders are subject to review and approval. Payment alone does not imply automatic acceptance by the company.
Items added to your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other users.
4. PAYMENT METHODS AND PRICES
The user may make payment using the following methods:
- Credit or debit cards: VISA, MASTER CARD
- PayPal payment platform
- Bizum
- Bank Transfer
ETIQUETEA uses a secure payment gateway with encrypted payment data. Therefore, ETIQUETEA does not store any card details in its records.
When using a debit/credit card, the user confirms that the card used is theirs or that they have been duly authorised by the cardholder. Credit/debit card transactions are subject to security checks and validation by the issuing bank. If the transaction is declined by the issuing bank, ETIQUETEA is not responsible for any delays or cancellations in delivery.
The prices of the products shown in the online shop are in EUROS (EUR) and include the applicable VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT). For Switzerland, Norway, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and the Canary Islands, delivery is made under DDU terms, meaning prices are invoiced without VAT in accordance with the law, and you will be responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes. In the CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT section of your order summary, you can review the VAT-exempt prices assigned to your order.
The prices of all listed products are in EUROS. All payments and refunds for orders will be made in euros (EUR). If your credit/debit card is not denominated in euros, the exchange rate will be applied by your bank according to the market rate.
Orders placed from within the European Union will be shipped under DDP (DELIVERY DUTY PAID) terms, meaning final prices include all applicable duties and taxes for mainland Spain only. If the shipment is made to a location with applicable duties (such as Switzerland, Ceuta, Melilla, or the Canary Islands), customs processing costs and duties will not be refunded in the event of a return. You must contact your local customs broker for reimbursement.
In general, the prices shown in the Online Shop do not include delivery charges. Please refer to the SHIPPING section for information on the delivery cost assigned to each region or country. Depending on your purchase volume or current promotions, delivery may be free of charge for mainland Spain.
All prices shown on our website are valid for 30 days and may change without prior notice.
5. SHIPPING
5.1 DESTINATIONS, SHIPPING COSTS AND INSURANCE
Shipping addresses cannot be P.O. boxes. Deliveries will be made according to the conditions stated on the ETIQUETEA website under Shipping and Returns.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and purchase volume. The costs listed on the aforementioned website are estimates and may vary slightly due to parcel size and changes in transport fees. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at the end of the CHECKOUT screen.
The indicated delivery times are for reference only and do not account for possible delays due to payment authorisations or exceptional transport conditions.
ETIQUETEA insures each purchase during transit until the order is delivered to the address provided by the user. To complete the purchase process, all orders must be signed upon receipt, at which point you become responsible for the purchased items. If you have sent the order to another person (for example, as a gift), you accept the signature of another recipient at the delivery address as valid, and responsibility for the items transfers to you.
Once your order has been invoiced, we will send you a confirmation email with the shipping details and your tracking number. If you have registered as a user in the online shop, you can track your order by accessing your account under "MY ACCOUNT". You can also view order details via the "ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS" section.
6. RETURNS
Return handling costs are free of charge. However, the shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer.
To return any item from your order, please follow the steps outlined in the Returns* section to send the product back to our warehouse. You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 3 days from the moment the returned items are received in our warehouse and verified to be in perfect condition. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded.
All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original bags, boxes, labels and packaging. If the returned item shows any damage, the return may be rejected.
All items undergo a quality check before shipping to detect any damage or defects. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately by email at etiquetea@etiquetea.com.
6.1 RETURNS POLICY
Any item purchased on ETIQUETEA through our website and personalised by the customer with the printing of a logo/design/text or illustration cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a proven and evident manufacturing defect, in accordance with Law 3/2014 of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November.
For a return to be accepted by ETIQUETEA, the following requirements must be met:
- No personalisation (no printed design/logo on any of our products or accessories).
- In the case of defective units, the customer is entitled to proceed with the return. The Quality Department will carry out an assessment to determine the cause of the defect, distinguishing between possible manufacturing faults or damage due to misuse.
- If the fault is attributable to the printing process, the corresponding protocol for the replacement of the affected units will be activated. This process involves sending new units and shipping them to the customer.
ETIQUETEA reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the guidelines set out above. Orders that have benefited from a promotion or included a free gift must be returned in full in order to receive a refund.
Once a return has been rejected, the customer will have 3 months to collect and/or retrieve the order from our central facilities, bearing the cost of collection. After this period, if the product has not been collected, it will be destroyed with no right to refund, compensation, or further claim.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not permitted, so if you wish to exchange one item for another, you must make a return and place a new order with the desired item. Once the return is received, the refund will be processed using the same payment method.
RETURNS
To carry out a return, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to etiquetea@etiquetea.com.
- You must include the order number in the subject line.
- Also list the references of the items you wish to return, separated by commas. Write “RETURN” and explain the reason for the return. Add your comments – they help us improve.
By sending the email, you ACCEPT the terms of our Returns Policy as outlined in this Terms and Conditions document.
Once the email has been received by our customer service team, you will receive confirmation of whether the return is accepted. If accepted:
- It is essential that the package includes all required items and documentation.
- Cut out the address and clearly attach it to the outside of the package.
- Send the parcel using the postal service of your choice. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend keeping proof of postage.
REFUND
Once the item has been received and the return approved and authorised, you will receive a confirmation email stating that the amount for the returned product(s) will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
The refund will be reflected in your account within approximately 7–15 working days from the date you receive the confirmation email, depending on your bank’s processing times.
LIABILITY
ETIQUETEA commits to delivering your order as soon as possible to the selected courier. However, ETIQUETEA cannot be held responsible for: damages caused during transport, especially due to factors such as industrial action, traffic congestion, or any other typical sector-related reasons that result in delays, loss, or theft of the selected product.
Nor for technical issues which, due to accidental causes or otherwise, may prevent the normal operation of the service via the internet. Nor for unavailability of the website due to maintenance or other issues that prevent user access. ETIQUETEA will use all available means to ensure the selection, payment, and shipping process of the desired product. ETIQUETEA disclaims any liability for third-party causes, unforeseeable circumstances, or force majeure.
Likewise, ETIQUETEA shall not be liable if, in the event of a return, the product is damaged due to inadequate packaging used by the customer, or damage caused by poor transport directly attributable to the shipping service chosen by the customer for the return.
Once the return request has been received:
- Please note that items must be returned within 14 days from the confirmation of the return, in their original packaging.
- Once your return has been received and verified, you will be notified by email.
- The refund will be issued three days after receipt and verification, and never later than 30 days.

6.2 ORDER CANCELLATION UNDER DSR (DISTANCE SELLING REGULATION)
B2C Regulation:
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulation (DSR), if you have made a purchase from a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order by written notification within 7 working days from receipt of the goods. To request a return under the DSR, you must contact us via email at etiquetea@etiquetea.com or send a formal letter requesting a DSR return, including your order number and the items you wish to return, to the following address:

If you exercise your right under the DSR, the return shipping costs will be at your expense, and you must ensure the shipping method is secure and that the goods are returned to us in good condition.
For orders cancelled under the DSR, you will receive a full refund of the cost of the items and the original shipping costs. Once your cancellation request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email which must be included with the return package.
All returned items must be in perfect condition and unused. Returns must be made from the same country to which the order was originally delivered.
We will refund the full cost of your order, including shipping costs, within a maximum of 30 days from the date the items are received in our warehouse and after their condition has been verified.

6.3 DEFECTIVE ITEMS
ITEMS RECEIVED AS DEFECTIVE
All items are subjected to quality control to detect any damage or defects before dispatch. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please follow the RETURN or EXCHANGE REQUEST process described above within 14 days of receiving your order.
ITEMS WITH HIDDEN DEFECTS DISCOVERED AFTER USE
There may be hidden manufacturing defects that become evident after the item has been used. Please note that items damaged through wear and tear or breakage are not considered defective. We always include extra metres in each roll to compensate for possible flaws or joins during the product's manufacturing process.
The acceptance of a defective product will be subject to inspection by our technicians after receipt of the item at our warehouse, provided that the flaw or joins exceed 10% of the total product. If the product is defective, we will repair it if possible. If repair is not feasible, we will replace the item with an identical one. A refund will only be issued if the item cannot be repaired or replaced (excluding import duties or taxes for Switzerland, Norway, Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands).
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The use of the Online Store and its contents does not grant the user any rights to the ownership or transfer of the content (copyright, trademarks, logos, images, graphics, photographs, etc.), including source code, software, and databases. All content is the property of ETIQUETEA and is protected by national laws and international treaties on intellectual property. Any reproduction, distribution, dissemination, or other exploitation of the aforementioned content is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable laws.
8. UNAUTHORISED COMMERCIAL USE
This Online Store and its content are intended for personal use by the end consumer. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, commercially exploit, transfer, or sell any of the content, items, or services contained herein. The use or exploitation of this website, its content, products, and services for commercial purposes by individuals or entities other than ETIQUETEA is prohibited.
9. APPLICABLE LAW
The GENERAL TERMS OF USE and any other policy of our Online Store are governed by Spanish law. Any legal dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Elche.
