Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
Etiquetea is the DATA CONTROLLER for the USER’s personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The intended processing operations are:
- Sending commercial and promotional communications via e-mail, WhatsApp, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other current or future electronic or physical means.
- Conducting market studies and statistical analysis.
- Processing orders, requests, or queries made by the user.
- Sending newsletters with news, offers, and promotions.
On what legal basis can we process your data?
Because the processing is legitimised by Article 6 of the GDPR:
- User consent: for the sending of commercial communications and newsletters.
- Legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: market research, responding to requests, etc.
How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or as required by law, and will then be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure anonymisation or complete destruction.
To whom do we disclose your personal data?
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties, except when required by law or, if necessary, to our service providers under confidentiality agreements and in accordance with current data protection regulations.
What are your rights?
- The right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data.
- The right to restrict or object to processing.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (www.aepd.es).

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By ticking the relevant boxes and entering data in the mandatory fields, users expressly accept that their data are necessary for processing their request, and that providing data in the other fields is optional.
The user guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are truthful and undertakes to communicate any changes to them.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
Etiquetea complies with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data and has implemented the appropriate technical and organisational policies to ensure the protection of users’ rights and freedoms.

4. CONSENT TO RECEIVE ADVERTISING (LOPDGDD) THROUGH NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION
ADVERTISING: In accordance with Article 21 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) and current privacy regulations, we inform you that the data provided will be processed for the purpose of subscribing to and sending our newsletter.
Purpose and legal basis of the processing: to send communications about products or services via the Newsletter to which you have subscribed (with the consent of the data subject, Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Data retention criteria: they will be kept no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or as required by law. When no longer needed, they will be securely deleted or anonymised.
Disclosure of data: data will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required.
